I made these
pancakes last night for cooking club. They are very light and spongey and I love the flavor. The recipe suggests raspberry sauce as an accompaniment. The raspberry seeds and fruit have never bothered me, in fact I prefer them, so I chose not to bother with pushing the sauce through a sieve. Bobby didn't even try them, but the girls at cooking club loved them!
Everything I make has lemon in it, have you noticed that?
I have noticed that. That and the requirement for 'good' olive oil and 'kosher' salt.
