Gouda and Nutella Panini

I know that about 63% of you think this is a wacky food combination, but trust me, this was very tasty. I used sourdough bread from Panera.

Katherine,
We were just watching Ratatouille and I heard a quote that made me think of you - "Food will come. Food always come to those who love to cook."

hmmm... I am willing to try anything with Nutella. Is that the whole recipe? Just sourdough bread, gouda cheese and nutella?

This looks great! I'm going to try this one tonight, thanks. :)

Did you see Oprah with Giada? She made this with sourdough, gouda, chocolate chips, and fresh basil. Little olive oil on the bread and pressed away. Oprah and Nate liked it.

I didn't see that Oprah. It really surprises me that Giada used chocolate chips instead of Nutella. Hopefully she'll check my blog- I think she'd find the Nutella a better choice. :)

Yep, Erin. That's the whole recipe. So easy!

Rebecca, isn't that such a cute movie! We're using that as a potty-training reward for Franny. I can't wait until she earns it! (It's movitation for me to get her potty-trained as well!)
